AI is already shaping hiring, performance, and decision-making often faster than organizations realize.

This interactive workshop helps participants explore where AI can unintentionally reinforce bias and where it can be leveraged to support more equitable outcomes. Through real-world examples, small-group discussions, and practical scenarios, participants will examine how AI shows up in their work today and how to engage it responsibly, transparently, and inclusively.

This session emphasizes shared learning, critical thinking, and practical guardrails, not fear or hype.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify where AI systems may unintentionally reinforce bias or exclusion in workplace practices
  • Evaluate AI tools through a DEIAB-informed lens before adoption or expansion
  • Apply practical questions and safeguards to support ethical, inclusive use of AI in their organization

Note: We use Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation Model Level II for writing learning outcomes and using them to assess the participants knowledge and competency before and after the workshop.
