The Institute is the premier non-profit in the Pacific Northwest focused on education and development for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB). ISDI manages and presents the NW Diversity Learning Series, a unique employer collaboration to leverage DEIB education across for-profit companies and businesses, non-profit organizations, government agencies and educational institutions. ISDI offers the Series bi-monthly workshops at reduced rates for non-profits, educators, students, tribal members, and unemployed persons. In 2023, the NW Diversity Learning Series celebrates its 25th Anniversary!
In addition, ISDI offers its DEIB Leadership development and education through its Consulting Services at reduced rates to small, charitable, non-profit organizations.
We seek to help individuals and organizations increase their capacity to foster inclusive, respectful and productive workplaces. Our goal is to facilitate leading edge thought leadership, research, and best practices through dialogues and educational developmental programs, now on virtual platforms to anyone with an Internet connection.
