About Us
The Institute for Sustainable Diversity and Inclusion (ISDI) is a non-profit charitable organization 501(c)(3) that was founded in November 2015 with the goal of “educating and supporting key stakeholders on ways to leverage differences and practice inclusion to enhance individual and organizational success.” We believe that diversity and inclusion, when approached sustainably, can lead to long-term success for individuals and organizations.
To this end, we offer a range of educational programming, including the Northwest Diversity Learning Series (NWDLS), which is entering its 25th year in 2023. The NWDLS provides cost-effective, thought-leading educational sessions on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) for managers and employees in the Puget Sound region and beyond, with virtual delivery options available. Our world-class presenters and thought leaders lead sessions that are powerful, impactful and results driven.
In addition to our educational programming, ISDI has expanded its services to include consulting services focused on leadership development, DEI change and coaching for success. We believe that the sustainability of DEI efforts depends on the full engagement of leadership and other stakeholders in identifying and implementing change efforts. We hope to continue to make a positive impact on the Puget Sound region and beyond through our focus on sustainability and DEI.
