George Monagan is a Seattle-based diversity, equity and inclusion consultant with over 20 years of experience designing DEI programs for private and public sector clients.

His areas of expertise include designing and implementing DEI strategies, leadership mentoring and training, building and mentoring diversity councils and employee resource groups and managing all aspects of DEI training programs.

George worked as a DEI program manager at the Boeing Company for seven years and was part of the original Diversity Learning Series creators in 1998. He has also worked with ISDI to develop, design and deliver DEI training for ISDI clients. He is intimately familiar with a broad range of DEI topics and priorities. Specifically, he has worked to design training sessions based on the “Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarks.”
