Dr. Joseph Marth board memberJoseph Marth (he/him), Ph.D.

Dr. Joseph Marth is a seasoned management consulting professional with extensive experience in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), Organizational Development (OD), and Human Resources (HR). He is a member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, which has driven his passion for DEI.

Joseph has most recently retired from Archbright, where he held executive leadership positions since 2011. Joseph began his management consulting career with Ernst & Young and he has 30+ years of professional experience in both small and Fortune 500 organizations. He has worked for such organizations as T-Mobile, Citigroup, OCLC, and Nationwide Insurance.

He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Akron, with doctoral concentration in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. He is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP).

Joseph has consulted with organizations to achieve inclusive cultures, increase employee engagement, manage change, and execute on strategic initiatives.

One other interesting (weird?) fact about Joseph is that he has been very active in researching Employee Engagement. He loves doing statistical analyses – such as Multiple Linear Regression, Canonical Analysis, and Factor Analysis – to further understand the drivers of Employee Engagement, which happen to include DEI. Yes, DEI positively drives increased levels of Employee Engagement!
