Our approach

DEI standards
Our consulting practice is grounded in best practices of two internationally recognized guides—the Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Benchmarks (GDEIB) and the ISO Diversity and Inclusion Standards. Our principal consultants were integral players in the creation of these standards along with hundreds of other DEI experts and practitioners. The combination of both the best-practices standards equips our consultants to guide our client organizations through a gradual change process where DEI can be embedded into all facets of the organization.
