Our Board

Thomas Trompeter, MPA is the retired President/CEO of HealthPoint, a Community Health Center serving over 100,000 people in suburban King County, Washington. Thomas was with HealthPoint for 25 years. His areas of expertise include innovative health care delivery system development and management, non-profit governance and advocacy. In addition to its comprehensive primary care clinics (medical/dental/behavioral health services), HealthPoint operates numerous training programs, with approximately 200 learners each year on site. HealthPoint has also been a leading innovator in the areas of Lean Management Systems and in its work in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Thomas has served on numerous statewide and national boards of directors for organizations focused on a developing a more equitable health care system and eliminating racial, ethnic and socioeconomic disparities in health. Thomas has worked with non-profit providers of health care and social services to underserved people for over 35 years. He received his Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington.
