Our Board

Rich Zwicker is with the Government Relations/Grants Contract Administration at Washington State Housing Finance Commission in Renton, Washington. He has a demonstrated history of success in working in the government administration industry and is skilled in policy analysis, government, strategic planning, program development and community outreach. He’s a strong community and social services professional with an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree focused in Legal Professions and Studies from Renton Technical College. He also has a certificate of studies from Cornell University and Notre Dame.
